What happens next
  1. Week 1Profile sharpened, list built, domains and mailboxes warming up
  2. Week 3First approved batch goes out
  3. Month 2Full flow: 20 new companies every workday
  4. Month 3Steering on real reply data

Rough indication based on average market sizes. We build the real list in week one.

Why daily batches

Correct course on day three, not in week three.

A lot of outbound goes out in one go, and you only see the mistakes once the list is used up. We send a small approved batch every workday, so we read the first replies while there are still plenty of companies left to do better with.

Everything at once
  1. Day 1Hundreds of emails sent at once
  2. Day 3Waiting, no idea yet what works
  3. Week 2Bounces and spam flags show up
  4. Week 3You can adjust, but the list is already used
A batch every workday
  1. Day 1First 20 approved emails
  2. Day 3First replies read, angle adjusted
  3. Week 1List tuned to who responds
  4. Week 3New companies every day, with what works
Schematic. The difference is when you can correct course, not the number of emails.
The process

Live in 10 to 14 days, on a clean foundation.

Your main domain is never touched. You approve the list, the copy and the pace.

Day 1–2

Kickoff & ICP

Ideal customer profile, markets and offer positioning.

Day 2–5

Market research

Competitors, buying triggers and the angles that carry the campaign.

Day 3–8

Technical setup

Separate domains, mailboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and warm-up.

Day 8–12

Copy approval

Nothing goes out in your name without your sign-off.

Day 10–14

Launch

Controlled volume. Every reply classified from day one.

After the send

Every reply arrives with the answer already written.

Replies are classified the moment they land. Hot leads reach you within minutes, the rest gets a draft in your tone that you approve or edit.

What clients say
We're a marketing agency. SalesLobe is what let us add outbound for our clients: Corty handles the replies in each client's voice, and we still decide what goes out. Reply handling went from a job we couldn't staff to something we just check.

Paul approached new customers for us in an efficient way. Well researched, in our tone, and we only had to take the conversations.

FAQ

Questions we get every week.

Do you guarantee a number of meetings?

No. Guarantees push agencies toward volume and the wrong prospects. We commit to the work: research, copy, deliverability and fast reply handling, and we report openly on what it produces.

Which languages do you write in?

Dutch, English, German and Spanish as standard, with tone and form of address adjusted per country.

Will this affect my main domain?

No. We send from separate domains and mailboxes that we set up and monitor. Your main domain stays untouched.

Who approves what goes out?

You do. You approve the target list, the copy and the sending pace before launch, and you can pause at any time.

What do you need from us?

One kickoff call, access to your offer and best customers, and someone who takes the meetings. We handle the rest.

Am I tied to a long contract?

The first quarter is fixed, because that is how long it takes to build up and steer on real replies. After that it runs month to month.

Is cold B2B email allowed under the GDPR?

Yes, when it is done properly: relevant business addresses, a clear legitimate interest, an easy opt-out in every email and suppression lists that are respected. We set this up per country, and Germany gets extra care.

When do I see the first conversations?

The first replies usually arrive in the first weeks after launch. By month three there is enough reply data to say clearly what works and to steer on it.
